About the Role
Own the design of client products end-to-end — from strategy and prototyping through to the pixels we ship.
Responsibilities
- ◆Lead product design for client engagements across web and mobile
- ◆Translate business goals into intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces
- ◆Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- ◆Prototype and pressure-test flows before a line of code is written
- ◆Partner closely with engineers to ship designs at production quality
Requirements
- ◆5+ years designing digital products end-to-end
- ◆A portfolio that shows craft, range, and shipped work
- ◆Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- ◆Strong grasp of interaction and motion design
- ◆Ability to defend design decisions with reasoning, not taste alone
Nice to Have
- ◆Experience designing for African or emerging markets
- ◆Comfort working directly with founders and stakeholders
- ◆Front-end literacy (you can read a component tree)
