About the Role
Build AI features inside real client products — RAG, agents, evaluation infrastructure, and prompt design that compounds.
Responsibilities
- ◆Design and build AI features inside client products
- ◆Build RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and evaluation harnesses
- ◆Own prompt design, tuning, and quality measurement
- ◆Integrate model providers and vector stores into products
- ◆Keep up with a fast-moving field and bring the best of it in-house
Requirements
- ◆Strong software engineering fundamentals
- ◆Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production
- ◆Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation
- ◆Ability to reason about latency, cost, and quality tradeoffs
Nice to Have
- ◆Experience with LangGraph, Pinecone, or pgvector
- ◆Published work or side projects in AI
